My wife is allergic to tropical fruit and was assured that the Peach refresher was just peach. She took one drink and her mouth immediately went numb and started itching. She’s lucky that her allergy isn’t life threatening, others are not so lucky. You need to train your employees on the ingredients included in your beverages, especially when specifically asked about the contents and assuring someone that there is only peach. Not peach AND passion fruit.

I always enjoy my visit to Dunkins,the staff are always friendly and handles my order quickly. I like the fact that my coffee is hot and the donuts are done to perfection. Which is something other places do not do consistently. It is always nice that they remember you as a regular customer.

This is the worst dunkin parking lot I’ve ever seen. It’s incredibly stressful, I’ve been hit at least once. The actual food and coffee is fine.
