I called sales and service repeatedly and didn’t get an answer so I drove there from Carthage. I needed a new heating element for my dryer that their site said was in stock. When I arrived the sales associate told me the repair man had left for the day and he wasn’t allowed to sell me parts, even though I had the part number and brought the broken part I needed. He said he wasn’t allowed to go upstairs and see if the part I needed was in stock but I could call tomorrow and talk to the repair guy. I’m confused why a sales associate can’t sell me a part that I know I need, that I have the part number for and that I have the exact model in hand of.
