Clayton has over thirty years experience in the hearing aid industry and is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. This is accepted as one of the highest standards in the industry. Clayton brings a wealth of experience to Oswego which includes Vice President of Philips Hearing in North America, Founding Father of Ear-Q Group and, for the past twenty years, Regional Manager for Unitron Hearing. Clayton has lived in the area for fifteen years. During that time, he has raised two children; Megan Beck and Clayton Andrews IV. He looks forward to helping Oswego and the surrounding communities achieve the ultimate in hearing healthcare.

I took my 81 year old mother to see Clayton Andrews at Upstate Hearing Solutions because she’s been having problems with her hearing for over 10 years but wouldn’t do anything about it. My family and I convinced her to at least get a hearing test which was huge because she was stead fast against it.I took her to two hearing aid offices in the area and they wanted almost $7,000 for a set of hearing aids. My mom is on a fixed income and couldn’t afford that kind of money. We were about to give up when I saw an ad in the local newspaper and the headline said ‘Hear your best for less. So I called the office and made an appointment with Mr. Andrews.He was very professional and treated my mom with compassion which I greatly appreciated. We couldn’t believe that a set of hearing aids were half the price we had been quoted at the other offices. He even gave her a set of loaner hearing aids for a week until her new ones came in.The hearing aids are fantastic! They’re rechargeable so she doesn’t have to change the those tiny batteries every few days plus she can hear the TV right in the hearing aids! The TV use to be so loud but now it’s at a comfortable level for everyone. With the new aids she can hear clearly, thanks Clayton, my mom and family can’t thank you enough for how much you’ve affected our lives.If you have a family member or friend that’s having hearing problems take them to Upstate Hearing Solutions, you’ll be glad you did.
