I met Tony and Christian and these two are a couple of the best representatives for Pep Boys I’ve encountered. I love the friendly service and the prices are excellent in my opinion!Thanks guys!

CAW THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN UPDATED CAW CAW AND MY REVIEW STILL STANDS.Three associates standing around looking at their cellphones when I was trying to get help with some problems with my car.Also after my purchase I decided to go over to service desk to schedule an oil change. Over 15 minutes go by and nobody even attempted to come to the service desk. This is while the sales associates were on their phones in the other room next door caw caw.If you look my review history I very rarely give a one star review, but you guys honestly deserve it. Treat people better caw caw.

I needed to get headlight replacement bulbs and I wasn’t sure as to which model I should get. Two sales staff by the name of Kevin and Mike were phenomenal, these guys help me out so much and Kevin did me a huge solid by actually giving me brand new balls that he bought for his vehicle for free! This is the kind of customer service etiquette I love and makes me come back to an establishment. the sales associates Kevin and Mike should definitely get some type of recognition for going above and beyond in my opinion for a customer and a friend!
