Love this ShopRite which is located in the heart of Brooklyn located in the Gateway Center Mall. The store has a wonderful selection with good prices, excellent products, and mediocre staff some who are an example to the ShopRite mission statement while some staff come to work to hangout and consider it a social club.The store phone service reception is a complete mess and needs to be improved because people have been complaining about cell service being down and phone calls not going through to family and people. The staff are complaining about this as well. The store is massive in size has a Dunkin’ Donuts with great selection of coffee and snacks. I would recommend this store to anyone look for a good selection at good price but please as a note the cell service is a big problem. The more complain to Headquarters about this matter the more it will be resolved.

This super market has a great selection of foods that suits all cultural backgrounds. I have been frequenting this establishment for a few years now and they never disappoint. Each time that I visit this market the employees are always knowledgeable of where items are , and they never give me attitude. This morning I visited the super market and I was so excited to see a display of DIVERSE SANTA CLAUS STATUES. It’s rare that you see Santa Claus statues that depict or at least look like people of African descent. Seeing these statues made me so happy that I had to take a picture ! Seeing Santa Claus figures that I can identify with made me feel included , and heightened my Christmas spirit even more ! Companies could aim to make Christmas statues , figurines and stockings more inclusive to represent people of various backgrounds.

I have stopped at various ShopRites for years. I have always had positive experiences at all ShopRite stores. The one at Gateway is my favorite. It’s always stocked and everything is fresh. The cashiers are all pleasant and ready to help.
