They definitely need to work on their customer service skills; mostly referring to the manager. Her actions and attitude had all the employees on edge. That’s not something the customer should ever see and I feel bad for them. Also, I don’t know why these companies start these reward programs and then don’t make sure all employees are informed/trained on what to do.

I go to Boston Market every time I get a buy one, get one and every Thanksgiving.11/24/20 update: I went in today, I asked for gravy for my stuffing and the manager on duty was nice enough to give it to me without an additional charge. He helped me out with a Caesar Salad previously. I don’t think he remembered me cause I’m wearing a mask so this tells me he is a great guy and a testament to the company.

Orders curbside pickup, after arriving there I been calling them and nobody pickup for 15 min. Watching from window they are not that busy, once I went inside I asked them why they don’t pickup, meanwhile once going inside I heard multiple times phone ringing and they simply ignored the phone. It’s very simple to pickup and say anything (busy, it will take more time), but ignoring? The manager tells me she is too busy to pickup phone calls, and didn’t even bother to curbside delivery the order. Unethical and irresponsible for Boston Market to have such employee to respond to Cusormer such way. Hope they do something to improve customer service.
