A standalone furniture store in Long Island, the Manhasset location spans across two beautifully renovated buildings totaling more than 20,000 sq. ft. The main building was originally an aircraft hangar in the 1930s. Inside, youll walk on reclaimed barn wood flooring, and explore Arhaus indoor collections in a spacious environment. The second building is the Arhaus orangery, displaying elegant outdoor collections wrapped in a beautiful wrought-iron fence. A grand skylight brings in copious amounts of natural light to the outdoor furniture and decor inside. We have had the WORST experience with their customer service department ever. Extremely unresponsive, seem clueless to say the least. We purchased a Kipton sectional from Manhasset and the cushions are beyond uncomfortable for a very high end expensive couch. We have been waiting on our “new” cushion inserts since 11/2/20 when filed our first complaint. Customer service put the order in for replacements on 1/1/21 and they said they will take 4-6 weeks to deliver. It’s now 3/23/21 still no cushions. I called concierge to see where they are (as no one responds to emails) and they can’t even track them and have no answers to what happened. It’s insane! If I had purchased this couch from Macy’s I would have had a brand new couch already. Buyer beware!!!! Stick with Macy’s….Update I emailed social@arhaus 2 weeks after they responded to this review and got no response.

Furniture is nice but the entire buying experience was a disaster. Orders not delivered on time as promised, delivery service was terrible, billing and payment process unorganized, the store never answers the phone, very disappointing experience.
