I had a great experience at this location. Scheduling an appointment in advance is recommended in order to receive service. It was easy and my rep James explained everything in English (not tech nerd) he was honest in explaining that a specific repair was not possible but was able to clear up a bug (what I call it). He put every effort into figuring it out which was impressive. I left happy…definitely recommended. Oh and the cost….better than expected .

I don’t normally leave reviews but the service i got was just that amazing! Everyone is so freaking friendly and helpful! Conor F helped me so much set up my new phone and explain the phone and the care plan. He helped me get a great price from my phone and explained literally everythingto me. They were SOO much for helpful then my own phone store!! Will be back and recommend!!
