Had been thinking for awhile about getting my upper ear pierced and went into Claire’s in Roosevelt Field Mall. Wasn’t sure if I needed to call first but during the week is a great time to go but make reservations on tbe weekend. Store was very clean and the new instruments to pierce with are so much better than I remember years ago. They were so helpful in explaining my choices, how to care for it after and overall great experience. Totally recommend!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She wanted to do it and was very excited. Georgia [hope I spelled that right] was amazing. My daughter became nervous, but Georgia took her time, calmed her down, tried many techniques to get her to feel at ease. The patience and perfessionaliam that Georgia showed was amazing. Georgia I believed was the manager. So to Claire’s the company, you did a good job in hiring Georgia and I hope she can continue to climb the ladder in this company. She definitely deserves it.
