Lumber Liquidators has great hardwood (and other wood) products at competitive prices so, it’s no surprise that they are always busy, however we found this did not stop one awesome associate. Sam was a tremendous help throughout our stressful entire home floor renovation process during our new home purchase & remodeling. Sam helped us hone in on a very difficult decision with our combo ceramic & hard wood floor material and design, she was instrumental with her expertise in helping us determine what would look best and hold the most value with some of the ideas we presented to her as well as small obstacles we had since we were also adding radiant floor heating in some areas too. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Once we decided on the materials the communication with her didn’t stop there, she was extremely thorough with her updates on shipping, delivery, as well as always being accessible whenever we had questions.
