Overall positive experience with senior members of the company from the initial estimate to choosing floors and installation once the appropriate members of the team became involved.Scott and his team removed a water damaged floor and replaced with a pre-finished hardwood that looks great. His installation team was able to make the necessary recommendations that lead to a proper installation and great finished product. Installation team was also able to correct several aspects of kitchen that were thrown off due to damage from the original floor.Pros – Very happy with finished floor. Installation team by all signs did a quality job and left the apt. very clean. Continued communication led to an overall satisfactory experience.Cons – Personally felt that the weekend sales staff could use additional help.
