Purchased a bike and accessories here today. I rarely leave reviews for places I visit but this one really left a mark! That being said I highly recommend this bike shop. I am new to the cycling world and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They fitted me for my bike, recommended gear, answered all of my questions to great detail, and made sure I was comfortable with everything I was taking home before leaving. The atmosphere in the building was great and every staff member I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you!

Best Bike Shop in town. Whether you are an expert or shopping for your kids, you get treated the same. I have been in other shops that wont even acknowledged you unless you are in their crowd. When you enter there is always a friendly hello. I been cycling 44 years in Rochester. I have seen a lot of shops come and go. I worked with many of them both professionally and personally. This has been the best shop by far.
