The sales agent, Judy Reimer, at the Kingston, New York store was exceptional! She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and she took her time to explain the variables. It was easy to trust her, because you could sense the sincerity in which she answered our questions. She was very diligent to make sure that all of our needs were met and that store protocol was followed. I have never had a more pleasant experience from a sales agent. She would make a great manager!
