I’ve been going here since i moved to the area. My last experience didn’t make any sense. I was told they could not call my insurance company, which they have before, and verify. I explained to the receptionist that my insurance doesn’t verify online and a simple call would prove that. According to the receptionist protocol doesn’t allow them to call. Lmao. Imagine that and hospital can’t CALL to verify insurance. I was just here for a covid test weeks ago now this.did i mention i was with my 3 year old and 6 month pregnant wife. Last time ill visit this place.

I am from out of town and had a UTI. I was having the worst week of my life and the staff made me feel really cared for. Brittany was amazing! She was the sweetest person I had met in a long time. Dr. Abel was a saving grace for me! Not only did he address why I originally came in for but he also coached me through a mental break down and made me feel so much better! If it wasn’t for this awesome staff I would have had an even worse week than I was already having!
