UPDATE: 11/16/20After communicating with the store the staff was willing to help me recover at least my refund. I am hopeful they want to help customers in the interest of customer service.My experience with UPS has been nothing but unpleasant, unprofessional, and frustrating as a customer. I trusted this business to ship 2 boxes to my destination and they arrived EMTPY. Legitimately empty except for the wrapping paper I used to pack them. Check out the pictures for yourself. It looks like careless handling on the carrier’s behalf, or as if it were completely destroyed. When I called to make a claim, I was told by Shah that I would be hearing back from the UPS Investigator in 1-8 business days. I never did. A UPS worker came to get the destroyed boxes (I took plenty of pics) from my possession which Shah told me to hand over, and still no communication. I initiated contact again, and was told it was MY fault for not using different boxes. I appealed the decision and didn’t even get a partial refund yet or ANY kind of reimbursement from this store. Also I’m still waiting to hear back from the appeal. The lack of communication and customer service is shocking. Take your business somewhere else.
