My husband and I were on a short anniversary weekend getaway. The weekend was quite rainy. Since we were in the market for another truck, we decided to pay Friendly Ford a visit. We were immediately satisfied with the customer service that Joe gave us. The truck we purchased had just been taken in on a trade and they hadn’t had time to service the vehicle. We weren’t able to bring the truck home that weekend. But two weeks later after the service was complete and the parts that were needed were installed (with no extra cost to us) we brought our truck home. We have had past experiences where buying a vehicle was literally an all day process. This was not the case with Friendly Ford. We live about 2 hours from Friendly. I would travel the 2 hours again to purchase from Friendly Ford. Thank you Joe!

Very happy with the sales service I received from Nick Bassett. Overall experience was quick and painless and 90% of the legwork was taken care of while I was at home. Made the trade in/signing process very quick and I was able to drive off in my new car as happy as could be! My wife’s 2017 ford fusion had a transmission problem with it. Friendly ford took very good care of us by giving us a vehicle to drive for the 2 weeks they had it. When we picked up the car the service manager went over everything with us and was very thorough about everything. Very happy with the service we received.
