Great Experience! I had a problem with my phone, and I spent an hour trying to fix it without any progress. I went there, desperate, and Justin fixed it literally in two minutes. While he was fixing it he clearly, directly, and concisely explained what the problem was, why it was happening, and how to avoid the issue in the future. I was blown away at how well he handled the issue. The extraordinary staff at this location is why I would go back to this specific location if I had a problem or question. I hope this helps somebody else who is having issues with their phone.

Best customer service I’ve had since covid! Everywhere I go or call or try to make an appt, I’m faced with lazy people pretending it’s because of covid…well not these two young men who helped me buy my first Apple Watch…I’ve been a sprint customer for over 15 years and I wish I could remember the young mans name who helped me but he’s been at this store for a very long time…all I can say is T-mobile you better give that man a raise or a promotion, these are the people making your business a success….
