OKay you read it from Management they do offer Sr. Discounts on full price items and to boot they deliver your prescriptions. In an emergency they will deliver your medications within a few hours.HealthSmart is a family owned neighborhood Pharmacy in every aspect. I remember a few years ago when I could hardly walk from a back pain. I went to talk to the Pharmacist to see if he could recommend over-the-counter pain relievers and he did. I then very slowly went on my way when Steph, the owner’s daughter, followed me out and made sure I was going to be OKay.That is truly caring for your customers. I always come here for refills and usually the customer service is good I had a situationa few days ago. I was picking up a prescription and the lady in the front asked me something about my address and I said no because I just moved to another place. After that, she started me asking a lot of questions and she made me feel like I was lying and the prescription wasn’t for me and I just said listen I had a long day and I just can show you my drivers license but she ignored that and she kept asking questions. At the end, I called the manager and he apologized for the girl.
