There was a problem with my bill. My mom( the account holder) called to straighten out the issue after they charged me $500 more than the correct amount owed. Will answered the phone. He was very rude, talked over her, called her a liar, and then hung up on her. We have been at&t customers for years and have never been treaded so badly. we called customer service and were helped, the man we spoke to (egypt) was very nice and helped us tremendously but it is unbelievable how rude this man was.

Wil is a huge asset to AT&T! He’s super pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cell phones. We originally went to the Bennington(VT) store and were greeted with a dirty look from the ONE employee like we were putting her out by coming in so we immediately walked back out and drove to Troy and I’m so thankful we did!
