Extremely bad experience! The saleswoman is terrible. She yelled at me with no respect. She didn’t want to refund me after I showed her the defective tiles they delivered last month. I bought over 1000 pieces. They are expensive. Only 6 defective ones for return or exchange. It happened on Feb 4.
