Inconsistent return policies. One sales associate one day will allow you to return an item from a bundle with no problem and the next day the manager of that same store will flat out not process a return for another item in that same transaction. Not even as a courtesy because they were the ones to make the mistake to begin with.That’s the result of bad training among your staff members. No reason to go here unless you specifically have done business w/ GS or are an old person who has no clue about online retailers that have better deals on games and don’t try to upsell you on BS you don’t need.
