If you are considering using Aboff’s for Hunter Douglas blinds, I can say I would recommend going somewhere else. I dealt with Margi for a few weeks and she is very friendly but the service was not on point. We went as far as paying to have them measure but I couldn’t get them to take my money and actually place the order after a week of asking. It was painful and they were in no hurry to do anything. They made lots of excuses but ultimately failed to deliver. As a result, dealing with them cost me the measuring fee of $130 which was well worth it to not have to listen to excuses in the future about why they were late.If there is one thing that really bothers me is when people delay and are non responsive. Aboffs as a chain will never have my business.
