Took forever to find associate to help with soccer shoes. Only giving 4 stars because of the manager who could tell I was frustrated and was very friendly and understanding. Great store and great pricing, but they can’t keep customers waiting forever for something so basic.

Awww what can I say other then there seems to be more bad service then good. The staff member definitely seemed bothered to wait on us. She handed me the size i needed in a sneaker and disappeared. There were 3 other staff members working in the shoe area which was certainly suprising to me, so I’m not sure why I have to continue to hunt down the orginal staff member. Just frustrated in general because she definitely didnt want the sale and I ended up leaving and ordering it online. Hence the many reasons businesses go out!
