since this business became Walgreen’s I have had endless problems getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I have been told that the Walgreen’s automatic refill system is ‘much more advanced than Rite Aid’s’ but I cannot get refills managed through their computer reminder system. It has been up to me to call for refills, call my physician’s office for a prescription renewal, etc. I have discussed this problem with the pharmacy manager to no avail. I’m changing pharmacies.
