Made an appointment when I first moved to Saranac Lake at the very end of 2018 with the owner. I had made an appointment for a simple bang trim. The owner Liz (she had curly shorter hair at the time) chopped off the long parts of the front of the entire front part of my head. She yelled at me for trying to be friendly with her dog when she allowed it to roam freely in her shop. She ruined the entire front of my hair for almost a year to grow it back. Then she tried to charge me for a full haircut, telling me the length of the sides of my head she cut off were why she was overcharging me… ummmmmm !!! Have been so scared to try anywhere new since this experience from this shop. So have instead decided to drive way out of my way to go to my old trusted hairdresser from where I moved from for continued appts.

Loved this salon. Liz is a great women that knows her stuff. Very friendly loves to talk and makes the process very enjoyable. She has a cute older dog so if you dont like dogs just be aware. She is open till 9pm if needed so she can fit you in most anytime.
