Coffee is always (and I mean always) good. Customer service is typically good. The issue currently is hours of operation and whether or not the lobby is open or closed. One day it might be open, the next week it may be closed. And of course you don’t know until you pull into a parking space and walk up to the door to see the handwritten Lobby Closed sign.Not a deal breaker by any stretch, but definitely an inconvenience for folks with broken window switches.

The smallest Starbucks I have ever seen or been to! Relatively short wait for 4 drinks ~ 5 minutes. Always appreciate a good Frappuccino.

They make the drinks and food just fine, but can’t handle the traffic. A Starbucks is only so large, I dunno if cramming more staff in there would fix anything.I know there is a Starbucks in Target, but it seems to me there is more than enough demand to support another drive through location in or near Watertown.Don’t mobile order or you will be waiting forever; you may as well just sit in the line.
