Was helped in the TV dept at the Yonkers store by Jose D, who was great! (This was after initially being helped by 2 different salesmen who were NOT helpful at all.) One of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. It started out as a pleasant surprise. Someone asked if he could help within 30 seconds of walking in. But the associate literally knew nothing about the product – turntables/speakers. I mean – zero. Eventually he said he’d go get someone who could answer my question.The next guy was worse. He literally answered the question as he was walking by without even stopping. I called him back for a 2nd question. He was visibly irritated, giving me an abrupt answer.MY GUESS – If you’re buying an expensive item, they probably treat you better. I’m thinking there’s very little commission in audio equipment.Otherwise, the store is well stocked, clean, a decent variety of everything.But I’d never set foot in here again.
