rented from here twice! first time wasn’t a great experience.. it was last summer and i waited under the sun for over an hour. this time, i was in and out in literally less than 10 minutes for both pickup and dropoff. their service definitely improved, and my vehicle this time was SO clean unlike last time!

It’s below freezing. We have been waiting in line for hours and noone will help us. There’s a woman inside who says that while she works at enterprise she doesn’t work at this one (as she sits behind the desk) refusing to help us. I think the cars might need to get dug out bc a snowplow trapped them. However enterprise is a huge corporation that can afford to pay people to do that sort of thing. And if not they could still acknowledge the line of at least 8 people waiting to get checked in. Do better.
