Did not deliver. Did not enter building. Customer service was useless. Customer service couldn’t reach their own company because of busy phone numbers and an inability to perform adjustments on computer system. Package has already sat at warehouse for three days. Unable to contact FedEx shipping center because they do not have a public phone listing and you are forced to go through customer service, which has already mentioned cannot reach or do anything.

They are awesome! I shipped a few items to my family and they gave found some stickers to put on my box. It was all decked out in farm animals and Thomas the train. ! Very friendly staff and deserve a big thumbs up for a job well done. Ignore the bad reviews, the others need to focus on that they do their job no matter what. FedEx has a long history of working when others call it a day to get the package where it needs to be and On Time!
