Our roof literally blew off during a storm. It was pouring rain, unbelievable wind, and all of a sudden – whoosh – our roof was gone. We were totally freaking out because we could not imagine the amount of damage this was causing, and didn’t really know what to do. The upper rooms in our home were probably getting soaked because the roof was gone.My wife had senior guys commercial on TV, and called right away asking what to do. It astounded us that during the storm, while it was still going on, Jimmy came out to help put some covering over the roof to protect the inside of our home and tell he could come and replace the roof.He even helped us when we contacted our insurance company, the second call I made. He explained exactly what had happened, so the agent on the other line was very receptive. It was really a terrific experience in a really bad experience. I can’t thank Jimmy enough. You really were a lifesaver.
