Mike Bilkow is pleasant, professional and caring. Takes time to interact with customers and concerned about customer needs. Denise and Lynn are always amenable to help. Staff is pleasant. Scripts are filled promptly. Busy store but always treat people with respect.

My doctor office has sent prescription since 05/14/2021 and they did not bother to fill it as of 6/2/2021. When I spoke with pharmacist, she prove that such behavior is a routine culture and normal process at the CVS specially at 419 Woodbury road branch. She hung up my call. Pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional specially Pharmacist and hence, what you expect from other staff. I think Plainview neighbourhood should ditch CVS and Walgreen both and prompte smaller pharmacies as both big corporations are out of control in their behavior and customer service. I have also read some others reviews in which people are complaining that CVS at 419 woodbury road ahs track record of mixing up prescriptions which is very risky and life threatening.

Extremely unfriendly, un-warm and un-welcoming pharmacy staff. If you’re looking for any kind of human connection and a smile, you won’t find it here. People are there picking up or ordering medications, and are already in a horrible mood. Hello, human resources? Take a hint!!
