Terribly run, horrible customer service. If you need a prescription in a timely manner, go elsewhere. They are always hours behind, run out of stock and never inform customers of delays. Dr. sent faxed prescription in at 10:30 am for a much needed antibiotic. By 7pm husband went in to find out what was taking so long while I was at home in agony. He was told that it had not even been imputed into the computers….nearly NINE HOURS LATER. By the time he got it at close to 9pm it was far too late and I was in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Give them another chance and they ran out of the medication. Did I get a call? NOPE! Oh sorry, we don’t have it, come back tomorrow. Seriously!! Like I need another run like last time? Went back to the counter and raised a stink and only THEN were they all fired to find the medication at another store. Unbelievable. Never again! So poorly run it is scary. Hopefully they wont end up killing anyone.
