The doctor who did the eye exam was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Any questions I had he was more than capable to provide me insight.The optometrist was very rude and unprofessional. He provided no insight to helping decide on picking out glasses the prescription that was going in the glasses or what type of color for my transitions. He was not hands on at all! I almost wanted to leave the business.

I used to really enjoy coming to this location but my last visit was not good to say the least. I was kept waiting in the lobby for close to an hour without an update as to when I would be seen. I had to threaten to leave before anyone took me in the back. Then the receptionist had to tell Sam that I was waiting to check out after sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes. He acted as if I wasn’t there and didn’t even ask if I need more contacts or wanted to purchase any glasses. To top it off, it was been two weeks since my appointment and I am still waiting on a phone call for a referral to Reed Eye Associates for follow up testing. I called last Thursday to ask for an update only to not be given an answer. I tried calling today… no one picked up the phone so I hung up after 10 minutes.
