Brought my boat here for some service and engine trouble and problem didn’t get fixed… brought the boat back for the same problem spent more money, problem still not fixed. And when confronted about why my boat hasn’t been fixed they beat around the bush. Will not bring my boat back even if I have to pay more somewhere else.

Purchased Tracker 800 SX last August. Love the machine, great ride, easy to work on. Purchased side mirrors, had to wait 4 months to receive them. Installed them as per instructions. Next morning found passenger side cracked. Returned it and received new minor. Installed the mirror as per instructions. Next morning found that mirror also cracked. Returned it, Service Dept., after a month, informed me they will not replace the mirror. Still waiting for another new mirror which I have to pay for to arrive.Having spent over $16,000 on the machine and over $500 on accessories I am very disappointed in the follow up on this situation and the fact that I am paying for another mirror which was faulty. Should be noted the mirrors with adapters were $300.
