I have been to several audiologists looking for expertise with the Lyric hearing aids. This practice has to be the most experienced in their field! Everything is done with such precision, from the hearing test to the fitting of the devices, even following up. I have never been so pleased, I am so glad to have came across this office! Made an appointment to be evaluated and then found myself in need of an emergency appointment and they were very accommodating!! Very good experience from the phone, to the front desk and the Audiologist !! Caring , knowledgeable staff . My sister went here and was so impressed she recommended I go too . Still having ear problems but they referred to a wonderful ENT and hopeful that will be resolved soon ! Highly recommend this office . They make you feel comfortable right away and truly know what they are doing

I am very pleased with NYC hearing Associates they are very professional courteous. I recently went in to get custom musician plugs as I am in a band and the doctor spoke to me about different options and helped me choose the manufacturer that would be best. Upon pick up, they went over how to insert and remove the devices. I will absolutely be back !
