terrible ! my daughter came to purchase 2 sandles the manager had her waiting for 15 minutes she also said the store had no half sizes after making my daughter wait 15 minutes she brings out a 6 1/2 on top of that I was about to purchase a guess bag when the lady in the fitting room approached me and asked if I wanted her to put the bag behind the counter VERY rude and unprofessional group of women ! I use to shop at this location all the time but I won’t be going back until they bring back the original staff

Wrote Exchange on my receipt to be Petty, this was not communicated to me that this was a Final sale on the items I’ve purchased. *Which I don’t think it was* When I called the store to complain as to why this was written and not communicated with me. a Male answered the phone who was eating and didn’t seem to care. Did not want to disclose any of their names to me, when I asked for the General Manager and not manager on duty. He hung up.I was assisted by another woman earlier at the store but I never got the chance to get her name. She was the manager on duty at the time around and she was able to help me out. However I would really love for this to be addressed. I shop here often for business and never had an issue prior to this. Please ensure all your team members are properly trained.

Called to verify that I was able to return the dress I had bought. Went to the front and I was questioned why I’m returning the dress so explained I had changed my mind. Total silence after. When asked for my card for the return I explained that my wife who is in active duty And is no longer here had paid for it with her card but our accounts are linked and I had a live picture of the card if they needed to verify. Was told” I can’t return it because I need the card and there’s nothing I can do about it” this was the manager Luisa before she walked away. Customer service isn’t her best trait. Guess should think about the positions given at that store.
