I love anthropologie! I got this beautiful maxi dress there. While I was there trying on dresses and such in the fitting room, my own t-shirt fell on the ground and it landed on some substance in the fitting room. I advised the store manger and she was kind enough to provide me with a t-shirt from their store at no additional cost! What a relief for me. Great customer service. Thanks anthropologie!

DISAPPOINTING!! I’ve been hearing about the store, so I was aware, but experienced it myself today. My mom & I went inside the store, and the white lady w/ short straight hair at entrance was greeting all other customers (who were white) while avoiding us, who were the only Asians there. My dad who came in after we did felt the same and asked me why she was glaring. As we were leaving, I looked directly at her to say thank you & bye. Again, no reply, just kept on glaring at us until we left. Doesnt even deserve one star!

I had never been in this place before. My sister-in-law bought something from here, didn’t like it, then gifted it to us. Well, we didn’t like it either, so I was volunteered (voluntold) by my wife to return it.This is not a store for guys. It has candles, fancy towels, and some womens clothing. I didn’t bother looking downstairs. Maybe that’s where they hide all the hunting gear and other cool stuff that I would have liked, but I’m sure that’s not the case.This is like a smaller, more expensive Pier One Imports, and in my opinion, will unfortunately probably go bankrupt or go online-only based on its narrow focus, niche, approach and high rent.
