Beware the prices on their website are not accurate. I called two times within a month and got two different price quotes. They can change the price daily on apartments. The last time the price difference was $150 per month……..To respond to your response I called about a two bedroom which was listed on your website at a range of $1600 – $1800 between the three different levels. I was told over the phone the lowest priced 2 bedroom was $1700, but to call back in a few weeks to check on availability. After I emailed about availability a few weeks later I got this email in response…I currently have a two bedroom available at our Stonegate complex. It could possibly be ready by May 1st move in. The rent is $1,950. Basic cable/internet is included in the rent. You would be responsible for your gas/electric, sewer & water. One parking spot is available in the underground parking lot, as well as additional storage per unit free of charge. I have had the pleasure of working with a few different property managers throughout my time at Stonegate, and they all have demonstrated the utmost experience and professional demeanor while listening to any requests.The grounds are meticulous and the maintenance team is prompt, understanding, and friendly when handling any repairs. Routine upgrades are expected to ensure premier quality to each apartment all while residents neglect upkeep burdens.The online tenant portal for automatic rent payment and maintenance requests are convenient and bulk rates on utilities and services are a welcomed surprise.Stonegate is located in a safe region with a serene surrounding area for any outdoor activities.
