What a fabulous place! They have repaired/reworked several pieces of my mother’s old jewelry and have done excellent work every time. The items they sell in their store are beautiful too. Everyone is very friendly.

Horrible. Asked for a replacement of a broken stone. 5 weeks later still not ready. When picked it up; 10 days later THE REPLACED STONE FELL OUT.Took the ring back and 5 weeks later no decision was made. Took the ring to another jeweler and 3 days later fixed and beautiful for HALF THE PRICE CHARGED BY J&M. Plus, I asked about the add a pearl. I was told by the owner that they start for about $200.00; the other Jeweler’s prices were 60% cheaper with more choices.J&M sends out the work, over charges and does NOT fix things they messed up. Would never recommend!!!
