This was my first time coming to the store as a new at&t customer and let me tell you Neil provided the best customer service from beginning to end. I went to buy a phone for myself but he only spoke to my boyfriend. When I choose a small phone, he constantly asked me if I was sure then told my boyfriend “I’m sure she’ll be back because you know women change their minds all the time”. Questioned every decision I made, then tried to reconvene with my boyfriend to “make sure she was sure”. I do not recommend this store to anyone, at all. Very poor service.
