I do not go to the store often as I do not live in the area, however I must say that I am thoroughly and utterly impressed by the outstanding customer service by a manager named Dan. He absolutely went above and beyond for me today. all I have to say is that if there were more people like him in the world, the world would be a much better place! Thank you Dan, for going above and beyond not only customer service, but restoring my faith in humanity!

This store is in need of a face lift. The service was great, the ice cream was wonderful, the choose your own sprinkles made it perfect.

All the employees seemed to be in a bad mood and had a bad attitude. I had to wait an extra amount of time because the employees apparently didnt know I was waiting for the pizza they made for me. It was cold by the time I got to eat it, which was only 2 mins later as I live close by.One of the employees did apologize which I appreciate however everyone seems to be in dire need of customer service training.
