Our range of appliances run from your basic needs to high-end luxury models. Our fully functional, completely interactive showroom allows the consumer to not only see how their new built-in appliances will look in their home, but how well they perform. Manufacturer’s corporate chefs as well as professional chefs are on staff to educate the consumer on how to use their appliances. The goal is to have a completely satisfied, confident and knowledgeable consumer. We are also the North Shore of Long Island’s largest BBQ dealer.

Excellent customer service! Dan took time to find out what kind of appliances we were hoping to install in our newly renovated kitchen. Then took more time to explain the features and benefits of each one. Claire was excellent communicating with us about our delivery timeline and the process involved with our rebates. Even the men who delivered our appliances were excellent- opening each box to make sure there was no damage to them. Unfortunately, there was BUT Dan was able to quickly remedy that and get us a brand new replacement. We highly recommend Appliance World from their extensive knowledge about the appliances in their store to their customer service. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

We were looking for the sharp microwave oven drawer everywhere. Every place we looked they were not expecting this item in their stores for at least three months. We decided to look for the place with the cheapest price, since it was backordered everywhere, and Appliance World had the best price out of everyone. It was over $100 cheaper here than anywhere else. We called and ordered the item over the phone. The next day, they placed the order and told me it would be available at the end of the week. I was shocked since no one else had this item and was not expecting this item anytime in the near future. They told me, they were getting a few of them in this week and one would be put aside for us. When it came in, at the end of the week as promised, we went and picked it up. They were so helpful and accommodating to our availability for pick up. The Microwave drawer was exactly what we wanted and it was in perfect condition. We highly recommend this store to everyone!
