This was the worst experience ever. Now the last straw. Last month I got an email saying that I was a great customer for 5 years and never missed a payment and paid on time. As a reward, my rent would increase by $100.00. That’s how you treat a great customer? I can’t imagine what the reward is for a horrible customer. I quickly emptied out my unit and went somewhere else with better customer service.

It was very Easy. I just did the Registration online I went straight to my storage. The keys and the lock were in the storage unit. Just that simple.
