I had a displeasure of witnessing USPS Teller speaking disrespectfully at elderly gentleman who had a misfortune not to understand what teller was advising him in Teagarden to availability of boxes. She said to him:” are you playing with me?” I can see you understand English so you must have heard what I told you before. He said sorry but she proceeded to talk down on costumer more over she had the audacity to talk about elderly gentleman to the other USPS Teller right in front of him.I will be escalating this matter. I do have record of this situation on my phone.PS: 04/22/2021 at 4:15PM Eastern Time at USPS Teller at Window # 2

The clerk who was working today (1/12/21 around the morning/noon time) took about 20 minutes to send out a certified mail envelope (that was already all filled out) while I had my baby with me that was overheating and crying hysterically. It seemed like she was getting a sick kick out of watching him cry. The process doesn’t take longer than 2 minutes. Apparently, she had to recount the money 20 times as well. No rhyme or reason for why she was doing this except for the fact that she’s a sick individual who was hired by USPS. Location is dirty, workers are slow and rude. Avoid at all costs. I’m honestly sick to my stomach and will file a complaint against the USPS individual and the location.
