This place is the WORST customer service, management. NO social distance in the store, rude and slow…. Please Do not shop here! One staff member say to my friend and I: She had no name how ridiculous! I would get fired if I respond like that! But this is part of their rights! if you know what I mean. Returns are horrific!

This place has a good selection of clothing. I bought their jeans and theyre super comfortable though I thought they were a tad pricy. Each one was 49.95 dollars so I bought two jeans for 105 dollars after tax .

This store doesn’t deserve any star. I shopped online and 3 pants didn’t fit me. They were size S, I bought them again in a Medium size. So, I went to the store to return the ones that didn’t fit. When I was at the store I found a long line. I spend one hour and a half. When I finally got at the register the cashier told me that one of the items was used. I told them that It didn’t even fit me, I had to order it again in a Medium size. I show them my second purchase. They complain about it but gave my refund, but I felt so embarrassed. I would never shop at Zara again.
