Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Value didn’t take the time to listen to what i wanted/consult with me. was questioned about my tattoo idea rather than letting me clearly detail and explain it although i was there waiting 30-40 minutes. ended up with a tattoo i’m either getting covered or removed. the receptionist was nice but a little confused so 2 stars
