Horrible experience. I know the virus caused delays but when my chair and ottoman did finally arrive after 3 1/2 months the office called and told us the earliest they could deliver it was another month because they were Short on drivers or we could pick it up. By this time the cushions on the couch which was in stock and delivered 3 1/2 months earlier had already broke down. Taft did send out a repair man and he was the only one I would give a 5 plus rating to. He called the office and got the delivery of our long waited chair and ottomon scheduled for the following week. Funny thing about their driver shortage was the day before our furniture was due to be delivered another Taft delivery truck went right past our apartment building in Gansevoort. Great schedulers …send a truck to the same street 2 days in a row.

We had a very good experience with our recent mattress purchase at Taft in Saratoga. The salesman was low pressure and very knowledgeable. Our delivery occurred on the specified date and Taft was very good with providing a deliver time, up to 20 minutes prior to arrival. Their delivery team was professional, quick and courteous.
