Tile products themselves are fine. Install was not, they stopped responding to calls, took shortcuts, left garbage outside and a mess inside. We had to let them go mid job. Which they handled well and were understanding about.

Would not recommend. Don’t stand behind the product they sell and customer service was non responsive. Marble I purchased had multiple scratches and not polished well.

All I can say is if you decide to do business with this company make sure you have an abundantly clear contract that specifies exactly what will be done and when it will done other wise the unorganized owner will go back on his word and leave you in the dark with when the work will be done. Also don’t fall for his strong arm strategy of trying to get 80% down payments and to pay for the job without him inspecting the job when it’s completed. I was expected to pay for many things that was in my contract and that I didn’t receive or I had to do myself and in the end was told a lean was going to be placed on my home. So my advice is to stay away.With this being said all the employees are respectful and professional
