I wanted to love this place so badly… however -I came into the store after and the sale associate asked me what I was looking for, I told her my budget and she said its not an issue… She gave me about 7-8 dresses to try on and helped me with everything… when I picked one out, I went to pay for it and the owner ran me up for 3x the price I told her was in my budget. I explained to her that I told the sales associate my budget before hand and she picked dresses out based on our conversation. She proceeded to tell me shes not selling for less. They completely wasted 2 hours of my time. Im very disappointed in their customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I liked both gowns although they seemed overpriced. I had to resist purchasing them because the sales girls were so rude. They assumed that I could not purchase both and it was over my budget. I asked them to call the owner to confirm pricing on one as it was in a sales area and had some beading missing. She wouldn’t until I persisted. Finally the owner gave me 30% off. I couldn’t come to terms giving the business any of my money. I did like the gowns however quality is not worth the price.The sales girls wouldn’t write the prices of the gowns down and told me to put it in my phone myself I refused and eventually they wrote it down. I would like to also point out I was the only customer in the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED!!!! Sales girls are passive aggressive and rude!!

Very unprofessional. I went in looking for a dress for my daughter’s sweet 16. The young woman helping me made comments to her co-workers about wishing she was getting drunk right now. She continued to make inappropriate comments and didn’t seem to want to deal with customers. “This isn’t cheap you know” – referring to changing or altering a dress. Yeah no kidding!! The other two workers seemed just as miserable. Very upsetting as my daughter wanted to try on different style of dresses for the first time and I was ready to purchase if found the right dress. Felt like Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman”. Big mistake.
