Staff appeared competent, but lethargic and disinterested. Their body language belied a feeling they wanted to be somewhere else. The gentleman who answered my concerns seemed distracted and ready to move on to a potential sale elsewhere. He didn’t read that I would be appreciative of any meaningful dialogue concerning my lack of technology understanding and would therefore monetarily reward his courteous professionalism. Too bad.
